The SIXT counter is located at Terminal 1, Arrival Hall (opposite belt row 16-20). We are next to the Jewel Mall entrance. From Terminal 3:There is a skytrain to get to Terminal 1 or via a link bridge to Jewel. From Terminal 4: Take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 Arrival Lounge to Jewel/ Terminal 1.

To get to Changi Airport, take the East West Line to Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4/CG), then transfer to Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2). Upon exiting the station (CG2), Terminal 1 is accessible via link bridge located at level 2 of Terminal 3.

The following Bus Services will stop at Terminal 1 basement bus bay: Bus No - 24, 27, 34, 36, 53, 110, 858 Upon arrival at Terminal 1, please follow the signs to Jewel/Terminal 1 from Level 1 of the terminal.

From the City Centre: 20-minute drive via East Coast Parkway (ECP), which Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE) From Tuas Checkpoint: 40-minute drive via the East Coast Parkway Expressway (ECP) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE)

Please proceed to Terminal 1/Jewel at Basement 5 , Lobby B. The SIXT vehicle can be parked in one of the parking lots in front of the Lobby B lift. Please note that a car park fee will be charged if the Vehicle is returned/parked at other Terminals. After parking and locking the SIXT vehicle, please take the lift at Lobby B, to Level 1 of Terminal 1, Arrival Hall Counter. The SIXT Counter is located opposite Belt 16-20.
